(1023 Budapest, Kis Rókus Street) The gallery presents works by three artists Máté Orr, Nadya Hadun, Yan Yeresko. Máté Orr was born at Veszprém in 1985. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in 2011. His paintings are an interesting combination of surrealism, fotorealism and abstract, the mix of these styles makes an extraordinary effect. Nadya Hadun was born in 1985, Yan Yeresko was born is 1982 at Minsk, Belarus. This exceedingly creative couple already graduated from the Fine Arts Academy of Minsk five years ago, but they moved to Budapest after deciding to continue their studies at the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts. And they graduated from there in 2011. Through lyrical and thoughtful works, they blend the artistic and cultural traditions of their home country with their new home. In Hadun’s works, female figures wear traditional Slavic scarves, while their facial expressions are heavy with modern woman’s dilemmas and doubts. The pastel colours, the dominance of gold and the special patterns makes the paintings more interesting. Yeresko using lively colours and geometric patterns to represent the urban and natural scenes, the still lifes and the figures. We warmly welcome you!
